Former Bluffton resident, C. Dale Davidson, 66, died Saturday at his home in Glenwood, AR.

He was born June 9, 1915, in Bluffton, the son of Reno and Augusta Smith Davidson. On July 19, 1937, he married Lena Weaver who survives.

Mr. Davidson was a 1933 gradate of Bluffton High School, attended Bluffton College and was a graduate of Illinois State College in Normal, Il. He was a retired teacher and Coordinator of Trade and Industrial Education in the Minneapolis Schools. He served as President of the MN Vocation Educational Assn. for two terms. His military service included both WWII and Korea, where he was a member of the CIC.

Survivors include three daughters, Diane Oberhoffer if Glenwood, AR, Dolly Riddle of Hobbs, NM, and Dorothy Hurson of Livermore, CA. eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
