Ken's 50 year reunion note
At Central High, we were fortunate to live at a time and in an environment where a positive,
upbeat attitude toward the world could be nurtured and learned. Such an upbeat attitude was
crucial for me in my later work as an engineer, professor and consultant to the motion picture
and film industry, which helped lead to the development of synthetic, computer-graphics images,
which are commonplace today in commercial advertising and major films. I am personally grateful
to my classmates and teachers at CHS for contributing to the positive, upbeat high-school
environment that we had, which helped motivate me toward creative endeavors.
