Zoi Theros

Theros, Zoi (Z) Beloved wife, mother, Yiayia, sister, aunt and friend passed away on July 12, 2007 with her adoring husband at her side. Born in Greece in 1938, Zoi came to this country as a young girl. She married George in 1959 with whom she shared 48 wonderful years together. Along with her loving husband, "Z" is survived by her children Jeannie (Steve), Chrissy (Steve) and Frank (Sandra) and grandchildren Nika, Marena, Alec, Dina and step-grandchildren Jeremy (April), Kristi (Kevin) and Amy (Michael), siblings Jimmy (Kathy), Tula, Angie, Thea (Jerry) and Spero (Kathy). She also left behind many other relatives and wonderful friends who loved her and she loved in return. We would like to give a special thanks for the loving care provided by her sister Thea, sister- in-law Kathy, Dayna her care manager and Delvin her nurse. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10 AM at The Lakewood Cemetery Chapel - 3600 Hennepin Ave S Minneapolis on Saturday, July 21, 2007. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc. or American Cancer Society. Zoi will be missed but her memory will remain eternal.
