Robert James Timmer

 

Bob Timmer, Robert James age 73, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2012. He was preceded in death by parents, Matthew & Marie; brother, Thomas (Marion); dog, Tubby. Bob is survived by wife, Barbara (nee Crary); children, David and Rebecca (Steve); brother, David (Shari); sister, Catherine; also other family and friends. Longtime employee for the City of Bloomington Utility Dept. Proudly served his country in the US Army Reserves 1958-63. Bob will be remembered for his love of nature and critters both big and small. Memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 31, 6:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 4:00 PM, reception to follow at Washburn-McReavy Dawn Valley Chapel. Interment will be Wednesday, Aug. 1, 10 AM, also at: www.Washburn-McReavy.com Dawn Valley Chapel 952-941-7686 9940 Bush Lake Rd., Bloomington .
